Create an account and its organization

POST
/v1/auth/register

Creates the organization and its first user (owner). On a self-hosted server SIGNUP_MODE governs it: bootstrap (default) accepts only the first signup, closed none, open any. The hosted edition creates accounts through its accounts service instead.
