Plans & Pricing

Free, Pro, Growth, Scale and Enterprise

Plans apply to IForevents Cloud, the hosted edition. The self-hosted edition has no plans: no event cap, no seat limit, no license key (Self-hosting). It is all of the analytics; destinations exist only on Cloud.

Plans are monthly and meter two things: the events you send and the deliveries to your destinations (one event sent to one destination). Every plan includes unlimited seats, all analytics features, the API and MCP access. Signup starts on Free, with no card. Annual billing takes 20% off.

Overage

Paid plans keep ingesting and delivering past their included volumes. Extra volume is paid with prepaid packs of 1,000,000 at the plan's rate, for events and for deliveries separately, bought on Settings → Billing and valid three months. A daily settlement deducts the month's excess from your active packs, oldest first. There is no automatic overage charge: you pay for extra volume only through the packs you buy. Retries of a delivery never count. The Free plan is a hard cap on both meters: see Free tier.

What counts as an event

Every accepted track call and batch item counts once toward the month's total. identify updates the user's profile and is not an event, so it does not count. Rejected requests (4xx) do not count. Usage is measured in UTC calendar months and shown on Settings → Billing.

What counts as a delivery

One event forwarded to one destination on its first attempt. An event matched by three destinations is three deliveries; an event a destination's filters drop is none; a retry after a 5xx is none. Replaying a window to backfill a new destination counts. The month's total is on Settings → Billing next to the events.

Payments

Subscriptions, invoices and taxes are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. See Upgrade your plan.
